What is the safest way to make an out of country purchase.?
I live in the United States and I am thinking of buying some motorcycle parts from someone living in Germany. What is the easiest and safest way to make an out of country purchase? Also, he would like to be payed in Euros. How do this? If he gives me his bank account number an I transfer money into this account will it automatically be converted to Euros? Is there a type of money order in Euros I can send? I am very confused about how to make this work, so any information would be a great help.

There are several ways to do it...mostly depending on how big a shipment you are inporting and how much money is involved...yes you can do a bank transfer...or using Western Union are two of the most common for small amounts...there is also Paypal...large amounts could be done by letter of credit.
