What are the money transfer agents in Würzburg, Germany?
I'll travel to Würzburg, Germany for some time, and i want to make sure that there's a money transfer agent there that I can rely on. I dealt a lot with "Western Union". Is there an agent in Würzburg ? or if you know some other good international money transfer agent please tell me about it.. Thanks in advance :)

In Germany Western Union are working with the German Verkehrs und Reisebank which is present in most railway stations all over the country and with the German Post office too these are present everywhere in the country.. But Western union is to my personal opinion more expensive than any regular bank.

In Germany you can do that in any bank and a lot cheaper than the cheaters from Western Union do

What's the best way to save money overseas in Germany(besides just not spending it of course)?
I'm currently stationed in Germany (Army) brand new and the Euro rate is killing me. I'm with my wife and she's currently looking for a job but we're having a hard time saving money for nice things for the house. I want to be a good provider for her and make her happy. Any ideas?

Do your weekly shop in Aldi or Lidl. Use public transport. Don't go out much. Buy a car with a small engine. Open a local bank account and get paid directly into that if possible.

She can work teaching English? Get a Suzie Orman book or find her on youtube...she gives great financial tips. Cook at home... On your days off, bring your own food and go places where you just can sightsee, planned walks, free museums, free events.
