what will happen on the 25th. which teamwill make it to the finals and have a 50/50 chance of winning and who goes home? my money is on germany but what do you think?

Do you feel it? The hatred...? People are hating on Germany for making a comeback! And that's good! Look at all the thumbs down, not just here, but everywhere to anyone who favors Germany! well, lets see..actually i was hoping for croatia vs germany. so the germans can make a payback. but the turks are so lucky this time, huh. but my heart stays with deutschland. they had went this far and i dont think they will lose now. especially in the hand of turks. but anything is possible. but for me, football is about 20 players chasing the ball and at the end, the germans win! =)

hm.. did you watch the game against Croatia? obviously not. are you serious? I think Germany should be scared. you never know with Turkey. PLUS! Portugal beat Turkey and yet, Turkey beat Croatia. so anything can happen. my moneys on Turkey. i hate the German team (my opinion), they can't cheat their way into the finals. nooo wayyyy lets...go... Dilemma regarding career path in Engineering?
I am a fresh graduate with no real experience I have been offered two job positions that are completely different and I am kind of confused. The first is as a Sales Electrical engineer, the company has existed for 86 years,they deal in cars,construction,electrical trading and construction,medical installation & trading,industrial construction & trading,etc...You get it the company is huge,they want me to be a Sales Electrical engineer on their product SIEMENS and they are willing to also send me to Germany for training.The other company in ranked 8th in the world in Electrical Design & Consulting. So here is my dilemma the two companies are really big and huge,but the problem is the big gap in salary the one of Sales Electrical Engineer is lower by like 30%,but everybody keeps on telling me that all the money is in Sales Electrical Engineering and the company told me that eventually i will be making more money as a Sales Electrical Engineer rather than an Electrical design engineer,so from the people in the field can you please tell me on the long run where the money is,i mean i find myself equally liking both job descriptions so I want to make my decision based on which path generates more money in the long run... Thank you The thing is I am happily willing to do both job descriptions,they both look interesting,both companies are huge,I am leaning towards the Sales Engineer job but is it justified to work for the lower salary,I mean am i crazy to do that,and is it true the there is more money in Sales engineering rather than Design Engineering. Thx

If your decision is solely money......I can't help you....money is the least important factor in beginning a job........you have to like what you do.......

The most fundamental question that you need to answer yourself is "do you want to be a salesman?" A sales engineer is a salesman that sells technical products so having an engineering degree, while being of questionable necessity gives credibility. Your career path downstream of either of these jobs will dictate which is better financially. You are not going to make big money at either position but in the positions you take after them. The difference is the path that they start you on. The sales path is through sales and marketing. The engineering path is technical. Both can be lucrative but they are based on different skill sets. Take a long-term perspective in this decision.

In the European Union, can countries like Spain, Germany, France, Italy etc all borrow at the same interest?
In the European Union, can countries like Spain, Germany, France, Italy etc all borrow at the same interest?
Or do they pay a different interest? I heard on TV that countries like Greece took on much more debt since their interest rates were lowered when they joined the Euro. So the debt crisis is supposedly a direct result of that. Before that they would have borrowed far less since the interest payments were higher. But does that really make sense? Do all countries in the EU borrow money at the same rates or do some countries borrow at lower rates than others?

Without any help from the EU and IMF they will pay the different rates based on market sentiment. Greece and Ireland bond rates were almost 6% when the problems came out. But all have to pay back their debts equally, North or South.

Do you think it is wise to spend money making "Environmentally friendly bombs?"?
I just read on Yahoo news that Germany made environmentally friendly bombs. I think that is nice that there won't be toxic gases and all but really isn't more wise to spend money on more important things then explosive devices? I just wanted other opinions please~Thanks;) I agree Snookie~;) That is how I feel~ That's why I find it silly that they say it is "environmentally friendly" but it is still causing deaths and destruction right?!

I think that they should just stop making bombs total. They are meant for destruction, so you can't get mad if that is what they bring. Besides, why should people decide to blow up this and that over a political argument between a few men. As Gandhi said: "What difference does it make to the dead, the orphans, and the homeless, whether the mad destruction is wrought under the name of totalitarianism or the holy name of liberty and democracy?" Make love, not war. :)รข˜®

That is the dumbest thing anyone has ever created! I don't mean your question, I like your question because it shows us how much people want to fool us about wars and make us believe wars are okay! I mean if they want to be environmentally correct why create wars to beggin with? Wars are not environmentally right! I don't know, just my opinion! Love Pearl
