As a tourist you are not allowed to sell anything in Germany.You need a business visa and pay custom and taxes if you want to do this, anything else would be illegal and you risk being baned from ever getting another visa to Germany or any other EU country.

If you ask like that I would say just bring yourself. Prostitution is legal in Germany.

If you are asking what is cheaper in the US than in Germany, then the answer is just about everything-- clothes, ipods, laptops, etc. OTOH, the differences in price might not be great enough to help you make large profits, especially if you are being the goods in US retail stores. Also, it might be hard for you to find buyers (I cannot imagine someone selling clothes on the street) and as the other person said, if you bring in a lot of merchandise for sale, you might get in trouble. If money is tight, you might not afford to travel to Europe now. If you are a student, you might be able to baby sit.

There is nothing that you can bring and turn into money. But the more important thing: Nobody's gonna spend money on some cheap stuff you can get in every supermarket and trade his strong Euros with something that was bought with the weak Dollar.
