Ask your Mum and Dad if you could do some extra chores to earn money for your trip. Enjoy your trip and have a wonderful day.

Work for a newspaper writing articles or something. You could work anywhere with a work permit. Walmart, McDonalds, Wendy's, KFC, K-Mart, you name it. Or you could clean yards for elderly people. Hope I helped

Really the only thing you can do is babysit or a like-job. Make a flyer and put it up in the mall or other place where lots of people go. Ask your sister if you want take a few of her clients once or twice. You could try to do landscaping type jobs like mowing the lawn or watering plants, but people usually hire guys for those jobs.

how about a paper round, or perhaps you could mow neighbours lawns or clean neighbours cars?

Make handouts to distribute around your neighborhood saying that you are a responsible teenager looking for neighborhood jobs, including: * dog walker - a lot of working people don't have to do this because of their work schedules. * house sitter - while people are on vacation, you bring in their mail, water the plants, feed the fish/cat/dog, etc. * hand washing people's cars. Charge extra if they want you to hand wax with Turtle Wax. (This one is really common -- car washes are still very common fundraisers run by kids.) * mother's helper - many moms want a few minutes peace just so they can sit down and have a cup of coffee, take a shower, or whatever. As a mother's helper, you can watch the kids while their mom is at home, or accompany the mom and kids to the park or playground and help mom out there. * In the future, you can work as a counselor-in-training at a summer camp. Even if they don't get paid a wage, they often get good tips from very appreciative parents. * Tutor - if a neighborhood child is struggling with a particular subject, such as Language Arts or Math, offer hourly or half-hourly tutoring for a fee. Many parents want to keep their kids' academic skills fresh over the summer or as the new school year approaches. * Saying that your sister "gets all of the baby-sitting jobs" is a cop-out. Although you don't want to take away her existing clients, you can ask her or them to refer possible new babysitting clients to you. Be sure to stop by and see new neighbors or drop off a handout with your info on it. * Mow lawns. Just because you're a girl, doesn't mean you can't mow a lawn. Wear safe footwear while mowing to avoid injury. * Ask your mom and dad for other ideas of what you can do either in the neighborhood or for them. They will appreciate your willingness to EARN money. Perhaps they will even hire you to do a dreaded chore, such as cleaning out and organizing the garage or basement. One final point -- you seem to be very consumed by the idea of buying, buying, buying while on vacation. Try to remember that it's the memories made during the vacation experience that are most important, not the stuff that you accumulate.
